Delivery

At AY-CONIC WHOLESALERS LTD, we aim to process all orders within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

  • Free local delivery is available for orders over £100 within the UK.

Delivery Schedule:

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, starting at 9:00 AM.

  • We will notify you via text message using the phone number provided at checkout to confirm the delivery time and day.

Please Note:
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Refund, Return & Exchanges

Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Refund Policy:

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of its status.

  • If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. The timing of the refund depends on your card issuer’s policies.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
